At Off The Grid Fitness we are constantly trying to stay on the cutting edge and offer new classes to our members. Our goal is for classes to be fun and as well as beneficial.

For a new exercise experience try one our specialty classes, such as TRX Suspension training. Want to work on flexibility, balance and body awareness – try our Pilates class. Our Indoor Power Cycle class will not only give you a cardio workout and muscle tone, but also will benefit the environment; our power cycling equipment actually converts your “sweat equity” into electricity that can be returned to the grid. Other classes include Body Sculpting and Cardio Kick.

As part of your membership you are entitled to enjoy 8 classes per month. Non-members can purchase a single class or one of our cost-saving packages. Class Description:

TRX:  is an innovative full suspension training that increases flexibility, strength, body tone, and core development all at once.  It provides all the benefits of Yoga while being more exciting and more accessible to all levels of fitness.  
Created by a former Navy Seal and used by the military for training, TRX suspension system relies on gravity and the persons own body weight, allowing you to easily control and adjust the intensity of the workout.  This makes TRX ideal for all ages.

Boot Camp: A complete workout that focuses on building stamina and toning the body.  Do a series of 15 different exercises that work and tone all muscle groups. Exercises vary each class.  Great for those who want to push themselves.

STTOT Pilates:  Pilates is a total body workout designed to improve posture and develop long lean muscle. Matwork classes will include beginner & intermediate Pilates movements focusing on core abdominal stability, stretching, and strengthening.  A fun, challenging workout designed for all.

Indoor Power Cycling:  Taught by certified spin class instructors, power cycling provides a great cardiovascular workout that focuses on toning eight different muscle groups, notably gluts, legs, and lower back.  475 calories burned per class!
